Sautéed Spot Prawns
Quick and easy dish.

Ingredients
- 10 jumbo spot prawns, peeled
- ¼ cup onion, diced small
- 8-10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 pepper, diced
- Olive oil as needed
- Salt and pepper
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Sauté onions until translucent. Add peppers and tomatoes. Add prawns last and continue to sauté briefly only until the prawns are cooked. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped green onions.
- Prawns may be added whole, head-on, or just the tails. It is optional to leave the shell on or to peel.
